The whole internet completely freaked out at this surprise launch and once the reviews started coming out, the people went crazier – even as crazy as waking up at 7 AM to rush to Sephora for the brand-new lip oils. 

Or even rushing around to three different Sephoras and managing to buy the very last one left, just like Brook Tiffany here. When trying out the shade Honesty, she softly applied a couple of swipes, resulting in a peachy pink pout. 

Many other influencers also shared their thoughts on the lip oils, and one by one, they all fell in love with these little bottles of joy. Sean Anthony swatched the product for us in a TikTok video. He generously applied the shade Wonder – which looked absolutely gorgeous on him – before wiping off the oil, leaving him with a subtly tinted lip. After reviewing the formula, he then tried the product out on his cheeks and blended it out like a blush, resulting in a glowy, warm look.

We don’t think this product really needs any introduction. It’s been plastered all over TikTok and Instagram and beauty gurus are obsessed with this formula. Simply being attached to Selena Gomez’s name made it easy for this brand to take over the makeup industry. Save this first make up look straight into your make up folder! If disco vibes with a hint of euphoria and some dramatic eyeliner is up your street then this look is for you.  

This eye shadow look is giving drama and sass thanks to the combination of the glittery eyeshadow and the bold arty eyeliner. Frankie accentuates her eyes beautifully by styling eyeliner below, above and to the side of her eyes. She then adds in some loose eyeshadow by Karla for that sparkle in the middle.

Frankie has called this next look the Vamp Soft Glam and we can see why. This look is all about the red eyeliner, dramatic and sharp just like a pair of fangs. To create this look Frankie has used a mixture of crayon eyeliner and red eyeshadow to create the blurred but still highly pigmented look. 

We think that the Barry M Hi Vis Bold Eyeliner or the NYX Professional Longwear Line Matte Lip Liner would be ideal for this look. Lip liner and crayon eyeliner are both perfect products to use when creating a look like this as they are smooth and long lasting. It may sound alternative to recommend a lip liner for a eyeliner look but trust us, it can work.

For the red eyeshadow that goes on top, Revolution does a lovely palette that has an array of red shades which would be perfect if you haven’t yet decided how red you want to go. They also include a shimmery red in the Beetlejuice X Revolution Strange and Unusual palette that could be a subtle adaptation to this look. 

Alternatively if a ruby true red is what you’re after, the Nars eyeshadow in the shade Fatale is perfect for this look. It’s lovely cherry red and would look killer when worn in eyeliner form.

To make the eyeshadow look blurred and a little smokey simply blend it out with your finger or eyeshadow brush to create that hue look.

Frankie then finishes the look with a black mascara. This look is very striking and one we will be trying out asap.

Our final look had to be something special, and what’s more fiery than some blue flames? 

This look is super creative and arty so if you’re in the mood for something a little different, this one could be right for you. 

For this look you’re going to want to have a blue and black liquid eyeliner handy and some striking blue lipgloss to match.

We recommend trying out the flames on paper first as they can be fiddly to do. Don’t be disheartened if you don’t get it right the first time, they are a little harder than some of the other looks we’ve included, but we promise the hard work will pay off. 

For this look, liquid eyeliner is your best bet at recreating these magnificent flames. The Kiko Super Colour Eyeliner that has a lovely intense colour and is perfect for mastering that sensual gaze that Frankie is giving in this look. Our first gorgeous remake of Wednesday Addams’ make-up look is a look created by make-up enthusiast and influencer Tia Shea. This influencer has created a beautifully simple look with minimal make-up usage, allowing this look’s effortless nature to shine through. The influencer has used the Jordana Ticia Nude Divinity palette to create a cool-toned brown eyeshadow and used black eyeliner on her eyes that is smudged in a ‘C’ shape. The use of the eyeliner and shadow being smudged allows depth to the eyes and makes them look effortless while also flattering. The eyeliner used is Charlotte Tilbury’s, Black Kohl Liner. Tia then uses a cheekbone contour stick to sculpt the cheekbones and adds minimal concealer coverage under her eyes to allow the hollow dark eye to look like the eyes Wednesday rocks in the movie. This look is about minimal makeup and letting natural features shine through, so a unique take that Tia incorporates is the use of faux freckles on her face which not many other influencers have included. She applied faux freckles under her eyes and across the nose by using the KVD Beauty Contour with a liner brush for application. She then finishes off the look with Charlotte Tilbury lipstick in Festival Magic.

Our next incredible make-up remake has been created by TikTok creator Giannie who has also put her own spin on the look. Giannie uses a pale base for her make-up and natural brows with lots of translucent powder across her face. She uses a highlighter along her nose line and uses a medium-dark contour on her cheeks to finish off the base. Like Tia Shea, Giannie also used faux freckles subtly on her cheeks and nose to allow the minimalist and natural effect of the makeup to shine through. For her eyes, she starts off with a pinkie base and then goes in with a dark brown eyeshadow for the eyeliner. With this look it is a good idea to bring the eyeshadow down below the eye and on the waterline to really allow that almost grunge messy look to the make-up. Then finally she finishes off with light mascara and brown and red lipstick to create a sultry pop of colour on her lips. Some good products to use for Gianne’s look would be the Fenty Ease Drop Blurring Skin tint for a light base to the makeup, and the Laura Mercier Translucent Powder is a lovely powder that can really accentuate this look for a radiant finish to the base make up. Our next recreation of the Wednesday Addams make-up look is one by Influencer Noor who has created one of the more glammed looks thanks to her potent red lip that makes the look pop. A Simplistic Spin on Winged Liner

If you have hooded eyes and find it difficult to apply eyeliner that isn’t wonky, this hack is for you. Start off by drawing an outer wing, before pulling it in whilst, most importantly, looking forwards. By drawing on top of your eye, a unique shape will form. Rather than filling in the gap, leave it be for a wing that suits your eye shape perfectly. If it’s good enough for Nikki, it’s good enough for us.

Tackling the Appearance of Pores

If you find it particularly tedious to minimise the appearance of your pores when applying your base coat, why not take a leaf out of Manny’s book? First things first, prep your skin with a moisturiser of your choice. According to Manny, the essential product is Tarte’s Timeless Smoothing Primer. Apply a small amount onto your finger, then pat it into your pores. Next, take a finely milled translucent powder and gently re-coat your skin before applying a medium to full coverage foundation (Manny uses Too Faced’s Born This Way) with your fingertips. Grab a stippling brush and press the products forcefully, swiftly followed by a spritz of Milk’s Hydro Grip Setting Spray for a base that won’t budge. Finally, Manny recommends utilising a beauty blender to apply your setting powder once again, topped off with one final spritz of setting spray.

Have you ever heard of transparent eyeliner? If not, this must change now. This new eyeliner trend is going viral on TikTok and Instagram now. This minimalistic summer makeup is to die for and perfect for every no-makeup makeup lover or those struggling with regular eyeliner.

Like the name says, transparent eyeliner is a minimal eye makeup look that is barely noticeable. But if done right, it exenterates your eyes and gives you ab beautiful cat-eye look. The TikTok makeup creator @maytahmi came up with this concept. In her TikTok, she shows how to achieve the look. If you don’t have darker eyelids, you should apply some eyeshadow, so the transparent eyeliner will be visible. You should use an eyeshadow slightly darker than your skin colour as a guide. Blend that well so you don’t leave any visible lines.

Then the fun part starts. You need a small, flat concealer brush to recreate this eyeliner look. Apply concealer to your brush – go for the lightest concealer shade – and draw a line from the outer corner of your eye upwards to your eyebrow. Just as if you are applying regular eyeliner. Then you draw a second line, which connects your eyelid with the outer corner of your first line – this should look like a triangle. Now the only thing left to do is blend the lines outwards, leaving the triangle in the middle blank. Unlike black winged eyeliner, we don’t fill in the gap. And voila! You are blessed with a natural eyeliner look.

On the catwalk- Fashion week 

The natural skin, bold lip combo has been seen on the cat walk during New York fashion week this year. Khaite had their models in smart business like attire whilst rocking sunglasses and a bold red lip. Makeup artist Diane Kendal ensured the models skin was natural looking, but not greasy, whilst serving a red lip diverting the audiences attention to the sunglasses.
