@sophiedoeslife recreated Taylor Swift’s iconic Lavender Haze makeup look using this palette together with Beauty Bay’s Love Notes palette (which, FYI, we’d also highly recommend!) The shimmery lilac look had people swooning over her and the palette in the comments section.

Liquid Crystal Chrome Eyeshadow Trio

This trio of liquid eyeshadows contains a blue-purple duo-chrome, a silver shimmer and a yellow-green duo-chrome. These highly pigmented formulas are perfect for a night out on Saturday or a random makeover at 3 AM on a Wednesday (we’ve all been there). The duo chrome effect in these shades makes for a unique, dynamic look.

This next product is one of their best sellers, and we can definitely see why. The powder bronzer (available in 8 shades) gives you a warm, sculpted look in only a couple of swipes of the product. These powders give your face a bit of dimension and keep you looking sun-kissed all year round, even when the sun’s not up. For those who aren’t a fan of wearing loads of makeup, these look great on their own as well as over the top of contour and foundation.

The collection includes three six-pan MTHRSHP eye palettes, seven liquid eyeshadows, five cream and liquid lipsticks, two blushes and a blurring under-eye powder.

MTHRSHP Eyeshadow Palette  

Ready to fall head over heels for these palettes? We already have. The most exciting aspect of these new eye shadow palettes is that Pat McGrath has included a matte palette, something fans have wanted to see for a while.  

Velvet Liaison is the first all-matte palette and is a palette that is going to get a lot of fans very excited. This palette looks stunning as it includes a variety of neutral and rich velvet colours, that will be perfect for any Valentine’s Day look.  

Sublime Seduction is a lovely warm neutral palette and includes a combination of matte eyeshadows and shimmery shades. This palette looks super pigmented and is a gorgeous neutral palette that has a lovely warm undertone.  

Iconic Infatuation is the classic pinkie palette that is right on time for Valentine’s Day. Again, Pat includes a mix of matte and shimmer shades, so whatever it is you desire from an eyeshadow we’re sure your needs will be met with these palettes.  

All palettes have a creamy formula combined with a weightless texture which is buildable and blendable, so whatever makeup look you envision with these palettes anything is possible.  

Liquid Eyeshadow  

For our liquid eyeshadow fans out there, you are in for a treat with Pat’s new collection, as she has released an impressive 7 new long-wear liquid eyeshadows. 

The collection includes Divine Champagne which is a luminous gold champagne platinum pearl shade and Luna Rose which is a luminous rose gold shade with a sparkling platinum pearl undertone. Bronze Bijoux is a luminous warm bronze with sparkling gold pearl undertones, and Platinum Bronze is a platinum bronze with sparkling platinum pearl. Smouldering Seduction is a luminous sienna bronze with sparkling pink and gold pearls. Twilight platinum is luminous grey with sparkling platinum pearl and Cosmic Chartreuse is a luminous khaki green with sparkling gold pearl.  

These products are a new formal and a new product that Pat McGrath has released, and they are absolutely breathtaking. They are a liquid creamy shimmer eyeshadow that will stay on for 8 hours!

Satin Lipstick  

Pat McGrath has also included three satin lipstick shades in her collection, Nude Venus, In the Flesh and Crimson Ecstasy. Nude Venus is a natural bare nude lipstick, In the Flesh is a warm rosewood and Crimson Ecstasy is a bright scarlet red.  

They are all satin lipsticks with a lovely formula on the lips with a creamy texture.  

Blush 

The collection also includes two re-promotions of two blushes, Desert Orchid and Fleurtatious. Desert Orchid is a bronzed rose with a golden pearl undertone and Fleurtatious is a soft beige-pink demi-matte.

Lipstick

These lipsticks can last up to 12 hours which is brilliant when you don’t want to be constantly re-touching your lips. They are non-drying and have a lovely soft matte finish, alongside being supersaturating, so your lips won’t dry out.  

Blurring Under Eye Powder

The first launch includes 22 products. From shimmers and setting sprays to face gems and studs – Half magic delivers what every Euphoria Fan or makeup enthusiast has dreamed off.

The highly pigmented Chromaddiction eye paints come in two finishes, matte and shimmer, with four bold colours each. Red-orange, green, coral pink or champagne, there is a colour for everyone to experiment with graphic liners or try an all-over colour. If you are craving a glittery look, you can reach for the Glitterpill, a multidimensional glitter gel available in four shades.

Perfect for our Euphoria makeup dreams, the brand comes out with three different face stickers. Charlotte Tilbury’s new easy–to–wear makeup collection Super Nudes is finally here.

Launched today, the new makeup collection contains four products that are available to buy as a whole collection or as a single item. You will love Super Nudes ‘Easy Eye’ eyeshadow palette which ‘features three cool, caramel brown shades and three warm, bronze shades for universally–flattering nude-toned, smokey eye magic’, as described on the Charlotte Tilbury website. For that luminous glow, Charlotte Tilbury offers Super Nudes face palette ‘Nudegasm’ which contains four different shades of nude (definitely reaching that nudegasm). For the lips, the new collection includes four shades of ‘Matte Revolution’. A ‘Super fabulous’ deep rosewood brown-nude, mid-toned muted nude-rose ‘Supermodel’, neutral nude peach ‘Catwalking’ and nude muted apricot ‘Cover Star’. All the shades can be bought separately or as a lip kit including a lip liner to finish the look. Finally, the Super Nudes collection also offers a ‘Duo Liner’ eyeliner in shades Nude and Brown that can be used as an eyeliner as well as waterliner for a brighter-looking eyes.

]]> Sound the alarm: Mac has released a new makeup collection based on Disneys Cruella de Vil and it’s the only news we wanted to hear this week. 

Later this month, Emma Stone will bring the red-lipstick-wearing, two-toned hair villain Cruella de Vil to our screens with Disney’s live-action prequel feature film. The plot will follow how the once budding fashion designer morphed into the infamous villain we all love to hate today, as we follow her wicked evilness and deceitful plans. 

So, in celebration of the films impending release, MAC has released ten products that will mimic the puppy-stealers aesthetic. Pulling from the brand’s subculture roots, the director of makeup artistry, Ted Barber said the collection “embodies the punk and new wave era” of the ’70s and ’80s’.

“With there being such a huge trend for recycling the more niche counterculture moments of previous decades, this collection feels like MAC returning to a celebration of the kind of DIY styling and brave transformation that originally made it such a maverick brand.” 

And they’ve really bought the heat with this one. The range includes a blush duo, eye shadow palette, eyeliner pencil, 3 matt and 4 liquid lipsticks (all in different shades of red, of course). The products are housed in a sassy two-toned black and white packaging and the metallic red base/ferrule gives off a Louboutin-esque vibe.

Last week, Urban Decay introduced three more daring women to join their Global Citizens program. The new ambassadors include singer Normani, as well as Camila Mendes and singer G.E.M to act as spokespeople for the brand. All to champion diversity and to recognise individuality in the beauty industry. Hell yeah.

The trio join Lizzo, CL, Joey King and, Karol G in the campaign, acting as ambassadors for the brand, celebrating their individual uniqueness as artists and, to preach Urban Decays philosophy. To “challenge the status quo by celebrating differences and embracing unapologetic individuality.”

Speaking to Elle.com about the new campaign, Normani said: “I want to amplify Black stories to help dismantle systematic racism. I wholeheartedly believe that through this collaboration, I have a real opportunity and obligation to the black community, not only to lift my voice but all of theirs through this mission.

She also took to her Instagram to commemorate the brand for their efforts in diversity, writing: “They have trail-blazed and challenged the industry’s definition of beauty since the beginning. They stand with marginalized groups by showing that makeup should be and can be inclusive for everyone.”

Alongside their Global Citizen campaign, the brand have introduced another palette to the NAKED family. In keeping with their signature purple shade, the new Ultraviolet palette houses 12 super pigmented shadows that, like the new ambassadors, are not afraid to show off their colours.

While this palette certainly packs a punch in its shade range, its versatility of matte, shimmer and metallic shades offers something for everyone. For every day, peachy neutrals are ideal for a simple base and can be amped up with a deep purple shimmer in the crease. For real, the possibilities with this palette are endless.

Normani, Mendes, and G.E.M all feature in the new promotional video and images, rocking a vivid purple eye look, blowing a gum bubble, boogying on the table, and partying the night away. Ugh, post-lockdown vibes right!
