Jade served this gorgeous look whilst being the recipient of the GAY TIMES Honour for Allyship, proving once again why she is an inspiration to so many. She wore a black skater dress with a corset style bodice, wearing bold makeup consisting of winged eyeliner, extravagant lashes and a dark nude lip to add drama to her look. 

Nicki Minaj

Nicki stunned instagram whilst wearing a rustic colour palette, sporting a Fendi co ord underneath a patterned trench coat. Elevating her look, Nicki wore a silver chain on her neck and knee high tan boots. 

Saweetie

Saweetie showed us how to celebrate in style as she took to instagram to share her reaction to receiving 2 Grammy nominations. The star wore a fitted black dress and black stockings, with a black fur coat draped along her shoulders creating a sultry style. Adding bling to her look, Saweetie accessorised with layered silver necklaces.

Dua Lipa

Dua looked electrifying in this black coord, complete with a long sleeve crop top and maxi skirt. She kept it all black, adding heeled boots and a handbag to match. This look is super stylish and easy to recreate, simply find a coord of your choice and keep everything monochromatic. 

Lissy Roddy

We can always rely on Lissy to be our style muse throughout winter, and we were loving this look. Lissy kept her outfit all black; leather trousers with a black jumper tucked in and black heeled boots. She then added a cream trench coat, mini green bag and black and white sunglasses to create dimensions to her look. 

Ariana Grande

Ariana rocked the stage on The Voice, channeling some of her favourite divas. To compliment her beautiful performance, Ari wore a beautiful a line dress, black leather gloves and black platform heels. And, of course, in signature Grande style she wore her hair in a cute updo, with a bow to complete the look. 

Bella Poarch 

Bella stunned in this black bodycon dress, which she styled with opaque gloves, a black handbag and black heels. Bella wore her hair in a voluminous updo, adding drama and glam to this look. 

Chloe Bailey 

Kicking off our favourite looks of the AMAs is the beautiful Chloe Bailey, who also delivered one of the best performances of the night with ‘Have Mercy’. For the red carpet, Chloe wore a black maxi dress with cutout details to accentuate the contours of her sculpted figure. Adding sparkle, Chloe wore silver jewellery. 

Winnie Harlow 

Winnie Harlow dazzled in this embellished dress, worn to the AMAs. The dress design is from the Zuhair Murad Fall 2022 collection, and features gorgeous jeweling to create a regal taste to Winnie’s sultry outfit. She further added to this effect by wearing an embellished tiara; make way for the queen! 

Jojo

Jojo showed off her curves in this sparkly silver dress, complete with a corset style bodice and a draped skirt slit down the front. She further embodied this sensual energy with her slick updo and subtle glam, turning all eyes to her fabulous figure and outfit. 

Becky G

The AMAs was a night of success for Becky, winning the award for ‘Favourite Latin Female Artist’. To celebrate, Becky wore a purple mini dress with clasp and cutout detailing to highlight her waist and frame.   

Cardi B

Host of the night Cardi B had to make sure she made an entrance, and that she did. This fitted maxi dress hugged her curvaceous figure, with a sheer black veil to add a glamorous touch. Cardi opted for a glove with gold nail detailing, creating an alluring longline with a modern twist. 

Ari Lennox

Ari Lennox rocked the The Soul Train awards with this show stopping dress, with sparkle at every inch of her look. The dress was complete with a plunged front, emphasising her figure and sensuality, whilst the asymmetrical feather detailing added a unique flavour to her look. 

Olivia Rodrigo 

Olivia Rodrigo looked angelic in this light blue sequin dress, which showed off her beautiful figure whilst keeping an elegant approach. The dress’ hem was detailed with blue feathers, adding a touch of old school glamour to a night dedicated to modern music.

JLo

JLo used the AMAs as a way to give us a glimpse into her upcoming movie ‘Marry Me’, singing her latest single ‘On My Way (Marry Me)’ to honour her role. To encapsulate her character, Lopez wore a bride style dress, with a figure hugging bodice and larger than life skirt to create an enchanting hourglass proportion.

Halloween may be over for this year, but our love for Rihanna’s outfit is still going strong. Dressing as the rapper Gunna, Riri sported a black lace shirt, leather vest, shorts, and statement boots. To elevate this look, Rihanna added accessories such as blacked out sunglasses and silver chains galore.

When your fashion is as on point as queen Riri, it isn’t possible to only mention one look. Wearing the colour of the season, Rihanna rocks a bright green trench coat with lime gloves. To keep all eyes on the statement green, Rihanna opted for all black beneath, wearing black wide-leg leather trousers and a black top. Finishing the look in style, Ri added layered necklaces and sunglasses.

Chiara Ferragni

Businesswoman Chiara Ferragni is renowned for being able to turn a look, and this week was no different as she zapped colour onto our winter-toned Instagram feeds. Chiara stunned in a hot pink oversized jumper, with matching platform heels to add an extra touch of pink to this outfit. The look is completed with patterned tights and silver jewellery.

Cardi B gave us “What’s cooler than being cool? Ice cold!” energy this week with her icy blue suit ensemble. To strike some excitement into her look, Cardi added a red shirt and red stilettos, creating a colour-blocking effect to die for.

Out on the town in NYC, we saw Kim Kardashian wrapped up ready for a night of fun. Kim wore a dark trench coat and leather gloves to keep warm whilst looking stylish. Underneath the trench, we see Kim’s skimpy fitted black co-ord, with thigh-high washed denim boots to bring this winter look to life.

Savannah Hudson

Savannah Hudson stunned our instagram feed with this stellar look. Keeping it casual, Savannah wore patterned tights and a white puffer jacket with a belt at the waist, ensuring a cinched look whilst keeping warm. Taking front and centre as the star of this fit were the Burberry x GOAT trainers, perfect for offering a fashionable element to casual looks throughout the winter months.

Kylie Jenner once again gave us date night envy, as she wore this gorgeous black ensemble. Keeping it sultry, Kylie rocked a leather bodycon dress, enwrapped by a black leather trench coat. To complete the look, Kylie added a small handle brown bag to accompany her brown trainers.

]]> Telfar have just unveiled their new winter-ready collection ‘Puff Puff Puff’ in collaboration with Canadian outwear brand, Moose Knuckles. Comprising of 17 items, the capsule includes a new take on the classic shopping bag, this time puffier than ever, and of course winter apparel.

The iconic unisex Telfar bag has been reimagined by Moose Knuckles in two different models. One features the brand’s logo engineered into bands of quilted nylon puff, top handles and cross-body straps, a snap closure for the main compartment as well as an internal zipper pocket. The other model is larger and features an all-over monogram pattern quilted into shiny nylon puff, the same magnetic snap closure for the main compartment, an internal laptop-sized compartment with zipper closure and an additional internal pocket at the front. This is perfect for a weekend getaway!

The clothing line merges Y2K streetwear style and ski vibes – cropped bomber jackets with furry hoods, quilted faux fur-lined hoodies, two quilted monogram print coats, puff headbands, mockneck sweaters emblazoned with Telfar’s logo in gold and high-waisted snow trousers with fur trims down the calf. All the items come in only two colours, black and white, and they all match the texture and styles of the bags.

“This is designed specifically for everyone. If I don’t see it in the street everyday it didn’t really happen…We wanted a coat that everyone is going to have for a while. It’s the beginning of our outwear journey.” shared Telfar Clemens in a press release.

Our mutual vision to create something off-duty, effortless and responsible in its construction allowed for incredible synergy between our brands”.

Margielyn Didal x New Balance Numeric 272 

Although not your usual skate shoe, the New Balance Numeric 272 has been received with tremendous excitement. Built for those who live for skateboarding, the new NB Numeric Margielyn Didal features a redesigned vulcanised sole for built-in comfort and a thin insole for the ultimate board feel. The colourway was inspired by the Filipino snack ‘Puso’ – a woven pouch made of coconut leaves and filled with rice.

Gucci x Comme des Garçons Tote Bag

Teased last week, the new Gucci x Comme des Garcons tote is everything you want and need this season. Although the brands have previously collaborated in 2018 and 2019 when they released a plastic paper tote bag and a floral iteration, this year’s model is completely different.  It comes in a sleek black colourway featuring the CdG logo covered with a Gucci signature green-red-green stripes ribbon. The bag’s silhouette is simple and practical, protected by a see-through plastic layer that makes it shiny and waterproof. The tote bag is available on Gucci Vault – the brand’s newest e-commerce platform also featuring the house’s digital archive. 

Patta x Nike Air Max 1

The new Patta x Air Max 1 sneaker was inspired by the connection between the Amsterdam-based brand and the Air Max community. Based on the original Air Max 1 silhouette, the new model features a new wave pattern, a mini-Swoosh on the mudguard and Patta’s logo on the tongue and sock liner. Like Nike, Patta has an established reputation in the streetwear scene – a black-owned independent business that has been empowering young people to pursue their entrepreneurial instincts. Therefore, it only makes sense that the two brands would join forces. Nike and Patta have been working together for years now, this being their 7th collaboration and 5th reinterpretation of the Air Max silhouette. The new Air Maxes are available on Patta’s website as well as on other reselling platforms.

Feng Chen Wang x Converse Chuck 70 2-In-1

The new Feng Chen Wang Converse 70 2-in-1 shoe is pushing structural limits and cultural bounds. The silhouette emulates concrete rubble and draws on the concept of dualism and abstract juxtaposition – rigid structures with comfort and familiarity to ‘break through’. 

In other words, it creates the illusion of restrictions being shattered. The Chinese-born, London-based designer’s take on the iconic silhouette is bold – two sneaker halves fused into a cohesive whole. Made out of leather, it features an exaggerated stacked outsole split into quadrants and signature double foxing and a heel loop for wrap-around lacing. The sneaker comes in two colourways: ‘Grey/Grey/Grey’ and ‘Quartz Pink/Strawberry Ice’.

UGG x Telfar

With the revival of Y2K fashion trends, the UGG boot has also made its comeback. The nostalgia for the stompy-plush shoes has taken over Instagram lately. Equally Telfer’s shopping bag has been the ‘it-bag’ for the last few months. No wonder the two brands decided to come together and release a totally unexpected collaboration. The collection features a new take on the classic boots in two colourways – sleek black and the signature rich chestnut nuance, and of course a classic Telfar shopping bag with plush detailing. If you’re trying look cute this winter, get yourself a pair of these boots and a matching bag!

Reebok x Keith Haring

Reebok has just announced a new sneaker collection in collaboration with Keith Haring Foundation. The American artist has been a huge source of inspiration in the streetwear scene in the last decade, making him a cultural icon in the fashion industry but also acclaiming him as a legend. The range includes Reebok’s 5 most iconic silhouettes: Classic Leather, Classic Leather Legacy AZ, Club C, Club C Legacy and GL 6000 – all designed to recreate Haring’s signature motifs. The lineup will drop on the brand’s website on October 22.

Supreme x Nike Cross Trainer Low

For this fall, Nike has collaborated with Supreme on a new version of the Cross Trainer Low sneaker. The streetwear giant took it to Instagram to explain the silhouette’s features:  

‘a premium leather upper with perforated leather toe and quarter panels, dazzle mesh tongue and heel panels, DURAPLUSH tongue and heel lining, rubber outsole with lugs and flex grooves, co-branded footbed, raised logo at tongue, debossed and embroidered logos at heel’. 

The sneaker was made exclusively for Supreme and comes in two colourways – one in red, yellow, green, black and white, and the other in red, black and khaki.

]]> Compensating for last year’s major miss-out on party dressing, Zara decided to party-proof the upcoming season of joyous evenings! When it’s Steven Meisel photographing the limited studio collection and Zara’s in-house atelier collaborating with Stylist Karl Templar you know your ‘merry-making’ is about to get serious and high-end. 

The biannual collection titled Fabulous! is a by-product of the ‘joy of dressing’ that has been circulating the interface of the Fashion industry. Post the increasing pile of athleisure and casual wears, inducing several odes to joy and featuring luxe plays on textures and accessories followed by the wrath of the Pandemic is inevitable.

Complimenting and breathing life to the campaign was a star-studded cast Sasha Pivovarova, Kirsten Owen, Marisa Berenson, Rianne Van Rompaey, Meadow Walker, Amar Akway, Raquel Zimmerman, Chiharu Okunugi, Yumi Nu, and  Precious Lee. The latest AW/21 collection is introduced to Zara-lovers with a video featuring the stars candidly talking to the camera chanting, ‘Beauty comes and goes, attitude stays forever’. The dramatic choreography with the dialogues ‘Drama, Drama, Drama, please give me some drama’ synchronizes with the looks from the collection that ooze, yes, DRAMA!

So, what is it about the collection that will galvanize your party pangs? The luxe collection is all about dramatic waistbelts transported right out of the early 2000s, Pinstripe suit sets, sequin dresses, furry and dramatiqué outwear. The rich and high-end textures are all in there with sheer midi dresses, wool with embellished splatter, and generous detailings of lace collars and necklines. The high-end capsule collection is an absolute bargain as compared to the rest of the designer labels that assemble details from various genres with a modern luxe twist.
