Bad Bunny Gender Bender Fashion
Bad bunny leaves the world with their jaws slack after the recent release of the music video to his hit song Yo Pereo Sola (in English I twerk alone). The song a single from the artist recent album titled YHLQMDLG an acronym for Yo Hago Lo Que Me Da La Gana (I Do Whatever I Want), commented on the night club scene and the female rights. The video featured the artist in full drag, from a head to toe red latex outfit to a low-cut dress with the boobs to match. You may know the artist from his hit singles and collabs like ‘I like it’ and ‘MIA’ or maybe you recognise him for his signature haircut with everchanging colour complimented by his iconic slim glasses. Bad Bunny has continuously broken away from the gendered expectations fostered in reggaeton through his fashion and also the aesthetics in his music. As we look enviously at the artists fake whatever-the-cup size boobs let’s take a look at all the times the artist has been a vision of Gender bender fashion. During his performance at the late-night show with Jimmy Fallon bad bunny performed his single ‘ignorantes’ the singer wore a pink blazer and a heavily pleated black skirt. Towards the end of his performance, the singer revealed his shirt underneath that read "Mataron a Alexa, no a un hombre con falda," a statement to highlight the violence against Transwomen in Puerto Rico. The accompanying black skirt to his outfit was a statement piece to highlight his overall message.

Another time Bad bunny had us envious was during a recent photoshoot for an album cover the artist posted a photo of himself in a taupe sweatshirt layered over a minimal white dress on Instagram. He accompanies his post with thanks to his fans. The artist later stated that he loves that outfit although he does not have many dresses hinting he planned to wear more in his everyday life. Bad bunny statement fashion is not where it stops the artists nail game is one to beat. The from his music videos to award shows, Bad bunny always seems to have a set of fresh manicured tips. Stating recently in an interview that he has always had his own style that his music and how he gets dressed goes off how he feels.
