As temperatures quickly plummet, it is a perfect time to seek warm comfortable sweaters. The jumper collection we are loving is the collaboration between MP Massimo Piombo and Understatement Milano, which has landed just in time for the Autumn and Winter season of 2021/2022.
Understatement Milano is a reflective brand, based around the idea of less is more. The brand was founded by Paolo Salluzzi and Matthias Tarozzo, and features garments constructed by the best Italian craftsmen as they navigate through a genderless and clean-cut concept. This notion has been further brought to life through their latest collaboration with MP Massimo Piombo, an Italian brand devoted to using exclusive artisan fabrics that embodies Italian culture. The partnership has led to an elegant collection of sweaters, which we couldn’t resist sharing.
The jumpers are genderless, designed to be enjoyed by anyone no matter how they identify. Made of merino wool, with a special honeycomb pattern, the jumpers are presented in classic navy blue and camel, passing through a bright magenta. They also come in a turtleneck and round-neck fit.
The collaboration is centered around great craftsmanship, seen in the exclusive fabrics and patterns chosen, all Italian manufacturing, and exceptional attention to detail. Both brands are well presented within the collection; with urban and sensible styling from Understatement Milano and the sartorial elegance of MP Massimo Piombo.
