Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and step into the alo OASIS, perfect antidote to bustling London life during fashion week, and a place for your mind to take a moment of peace in the tranquil wellness hub.

Found at 180 The Strand during London Fashion Week, the Official Wellness Partner of the British Fashion Council for LFW invites attendees to visit the alo OASIS, a wellness hub at 180 Health Club to refresh, recover, and recharge through an array of daily yoga classes, cryo therapy, wellness activations as well as guided sound baths and grounding meditations.

The three-day pop-up offered energising studio classes in the transformed wellness hub resembling sunny L.A. Accompanied by a juice bar serving the refreshing taste of Los Angeles, guests treated themselves to green juices and healthy smoothies, and since we know health starts in our nutrition, alo have provided the ultimate wellness cleanse.

Alo also offered inspiring talks to recentre your mind; from plant-based cook Radhi Devlukia, and wellness queen Hannah Coats, the presentations eloquently served as opportunities for guests to reconsider their health and focus on how positive wellbeing is so crucial to the creative process.

Soothing wellness treatments were also on the menu for guests, with their vitamin drips and grounding breathwork workshops being just what the doctor ordered this fashion week! And if working up a sweat is more your thing, show your body some love with the retreat’s 5k run, led by Bradley Simmonds, to release those endorphins.

Lila Moss, Iris Law, Knucks, Romeo Beckham, and Daiane Sodre were all spotted soaking up the relaxing atmosphere at the oasis, taking some time away to relax, recharge, and mindfully move their body in a break from the glorious hustle and bustle of London life during fashion week. And with London fashion week concluding, we’re all still craving a taste of that signature L.A. wellness.
