Makeup artist Risako Matsushita has created two entirely different looks but both underpinned by glitter. Captured by Isaac Chu, the left image shows a smooth blend of silvery glitter and gems with neutral tones to provide a soft but enlightening allure.The right image captured by EakPhoto gives an international modern runway feel with clean glitter lines on the brows and graphic pencil below.
